1. Hambone

Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs - HamboneTeam: Lehigh Valley IronPigs
League: International League
Affiliate: Phillies (Class AAA)

Sweet mother of God. Does it get any better than a walking slab of ham? Easily the only mascot that makes your mouth water, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (bonus points for best name, too!) have a winner on their hands.

If not for those creepy human protruding from his belly, this swine might have earned a perfect score. There is no other mascot in the country – nay, the world – that better exemplifies the eccentricity of Minot League Baseball.

BIO: Hambone is one of the IronPigs’ four Pork Racers! Hambone races during every home game and typically finishes in last place. Hambone is yet to collect a win in 2013, due to his clumsiness and the antics of the other racers, particularly Diggity. This lefty is a round hunk of honey-roasted ham and a crowd favorite at Coca-Cola Park. (Vote for this mascot at MiLB.com’s Mascot Mania)

TOTAL SCORE: 33
Creativity: 10/10
Originality: 10/10
Execution: 8/10
Team Relation: 5/5
